Youth sprint kayak races will be split into U10 and U14, with knockout races held on Sunday 13th November at 9am. Whilst a majority of athletes hail from the Malta Canoeing Academy, the races are open to the public.  In a showcase of speed and agility, athletes will race head to head over a 100m course.

Kayak Gozo will also be offering basic sea kayaking taster sessions to members of the public on Day 2 of the event.  The sessions will be limited therefore pre-booking is recommended. Stable sea kayaks offer a fun way of exercising and exploring the Maltese coastline however the taster sessions will be limited to the marina.
