Brian Galea wins the Breda Cup held at Bidnija Ranges on Sunday, April 17, 2016.

This Trap Event was on 50 targets, were the top six shooters overall competed on 15 targets from one shot in the semi finals and eventually the top four athletes shot again on a further 15 targets, from a single shot in the Gold Medal Match and the Bronze Medal Match.

This Sunday’s overall results were;

Brian Galea placed 1st with 11/15 + 1 hit targets in the semi final and another 11/15 + 3 hit targets in the Gold Medal Match.

Paul Formosa placed 2nd with 12/15 hit targets in the semi final and another 11/15 +2 hit targets in the Gold Medal Match.

Alvin Vella placed 3nd with 8/15 + 1 hit targets in the semi final and another 10/15 hit targets in the Bronze Medal Match.

Veteran Michael Galea placed 4th with 11/15 + 0 hit targets in the semi final and another 9/15 hit targets in the Bronze Medal Match.

Clayton Carabott and George Cassar placed 5th and 6th respectively on count back rule with both hitting 8/15 + 0 targets in the semi final.
