High Ropes Course – Ta’ Qali BOV Adventure Park

The KMS is responsible for the management of the High Ropes Course which is located in the BOV Adventure park, Ta’ Qali. This is a unique attraction, featuring a obstacle course of high ropes for youngsters and adults. The High Ropes Course offers team build and group working opportunities.

The structure is mainly open on weekends between 10.00-16.00 hrs; bookings can also be made for group activities. The structure during high winds is not used due to safety reasons. Persons using the structure are given a brief from the qualified instructors before they start, public are equipped with professional harnesses and climbing ropes to support their weight. Conditions for use is that a person has to be 120 cm high, there is no age limit, and of weight under 120 kgs. Qualified instructors (minimum 6) are on site.   

There are two levels of obstacle the first level were you find hanging tires, hanging wooden steps, rubber balls rope bridge, these are normally done by children where the upper level which is 10 metres high is done by the adults due to height and more physical force is required. The upper level you find hanging tires, wooden levels to walk on.The High Ropes Course consistes of a fully welded steel framework – galvanised for durability and longevity set on high tensile concrete footings. Elements constructed of polypropylene steel cored ‘combi’ rope, stainless steel, marine plywood and recycled plastics.

Opening hours: Weekends between 10am and 3pm (last group at 2pm). Weather permitting.
