The most effective way to lose weight and improve your health is achieved through a combination of a healthy balanced diet and participation in some form of physical activity. Learn more from these talks, how to deal with your weight problems, and learn to look and feel better. Handouts will be provided. All public talks are also open to the general public and entrance is free. Due to limited space at Cottonera, it is recommended that bookings are made in advance by calling tel. 21660658/7.
