Budget 2012 – Sports Initiatives:

· An investment of €350,000 for the development of a motorsport facility suitable for Karting, Mini Motos, Quad Bikes Motards, Scooters and tuning of Hill Climb vehichles

· Allocation of €350,000 for sport tourism

· Opening of a new Complex in Hal Kirkop

· A budget of €100,000 for the beginning of a project which will see a secondary school for sports discipline

· €120,000 for sports scholarships.

· Investment of €9 million in a new school at Hal Kirkop and new sports facilities in Santa Venera
