Local Council Scheme - Monday, October 12, 2009
Siggiewi Local Council in collaboration with the Parliamentary Secretariat for Public Consultation and Information, the Parliamentary Secretariat for Youth and Sport and the Kunsill Malti ghall-iSport is organising two courses of Aerobic classes for its residents at the Primary School. Each course consists of 10 classes, once weekly. The courses are being held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, first course between 09:00 and 10:00 Hrs and second course between 18:30 and 19:30 Hrs, respectively. The courses started on Tuesday 6th October and on Thursday 10th October and end on Tuesday 15th December and on Thursday 10th December 2009, respectively. These courses are being held with the funds which were provided by the Government under the Local Councils scheme launched earlier this year for sport activities in the locality.

I would like to thank you for organising last Saturday's activity which was very well planned and organised . I appreciate every effort that was made for the children's benefit,especially for the security guards at the Barraka, the animator of the knight Alejandro who managed to teach our young son some history and the visit to Kastilja itself .
